About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in developing implementing and maintaining scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming knowledge problem-solving abilities and experience working with Python frameworks databases and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop test and maintain efficient reusable and scalable Python code.
Build and maintain backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Design develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Identify troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers software engineers and other team members.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Work with version control tools such as Git.
Ensure application performance reliability and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
24 years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Django Flask or FastAPI.
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of debugging testing and software development best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
