Your role

Responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for complex spare parts and modernization (Upgrades & Retrofits) projects. This role ensures that proposals are technically accurate commercially sound and submitted on time. The Proposal Specialist acts as a key interface between sales engineering sourcing and execution teams supporting global and regional needs with a focus on standardization efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you bring

An engineering or commercial degree

5 years experience with technical proposals and 2 years working with highly complex or large value proposals.

Ability to read technical drawings and documents

Experience with assessing supplier proposals

Good planning and project management skills

Ability to work on parallel proposals

Strong written and spoken communication skills to global stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft office software tools.
