Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Stakeholder Management (Mandatory): Own and drive projects from inception to completion. Define project scopes create timelines monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders ensuring clear alignment and expectations.
- Timeline & Delivery Management: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to ensure all milestones and deliverables are completed ahead of or on strict deadlines.
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Optional): Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Dashboards) to analyze project data track KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Event Management (Optional): Plan organize and execute internal or external events end-to-end managing everything from logistics and vendor coordination to scheduling and budgeting.
- Internal Communications (Optional): Draft and deploy clear engaging corporate mailers and announcements to employees regarding organizational changes updates or upcoming events.
