Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and closing of various projects within FLSmidth Private Limited. This role ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget meeting client expectations and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure including planning scheduling resource allocation and risk management.

• Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and budgets.

• Monitor project progress identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Manage project teams including internal staff and external contractors fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing clear and concise project updates reports and presentations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues escalating as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to FLSmidths project management methodologies quality standards and safety regulations.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.

• Manage project documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management preferably within the heavy machinery mining or industrial sectors.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
