Project Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in IT services to manage and deliver technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning execution stakeholder coordination and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across development implementation and delivery phases
  
• Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development QA DevOps and business teams
  
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Prepare and present project status reports dashboards and documentation
  
• Manage resource allocation task assignments and team performance
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards compliance requirements and organizational processes
  
• Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and review meetings (Agile projects)
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
  
• 4 years of experience in project coordination or project leadership roles within IT services
  
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA MS Project Asana Trello etc.)
  
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling client-facing projects
  
• Exposure to cloud technologies enterprise applications or digital transformation projects
  
• Project Management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 CSM SAFe) are a plus
  
• Experience working in fast-paced service-oriented environments
