Program Manager – Green Data Center

Required Qualifications - Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required (a Master's or MBA in project; construction or program management is highly advantageous). Preferred certifications include PMP PgMP and PMI-SP or equivalent Primavera P6 proficiency; PMI-RMP and NEBOSH / IOSH are advantageous given the program's risk and HSE profile.

Experience:
Program Leadership - Proven single-point delivery accountability for large fast-track capital programs leading multiple concurrent workstreams (hyperscale datacenter power or process / energy experience strongly preferred).
Delivery Track Record - Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple contractors and OEM plans into a single controlled baseline and to steer a matrixed team of workstream managers to milestone completion.
Project Controls - Advanced command of Primavera P6 integrated master scheduling schedule-risk analysis earned-value management and formal change control.
Regulatory Familiarity - Strong working knowledge of Indian statutory and utility interfaces relevant to Karnataka (KIADB KPTCL / DISCOM and environmental consents)
