Vizmo is a technology company focused on smart workplace and visitor management solutions helping businesses streamline their workplace operations through technology.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support our procurement vendor coordination inventory management and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills strong communication abilities and an eagerness to learn ERP systems and procurement processes.

• Assist in procurement activities including purchase requests purchase orders and vendor coordination.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations pricing delivery timelines and order status.
  
• Maintain procurement records purchase trackers and inventory data using MS Excel.
  
• Support logistics coordination including shipment tracking delivery follow-ups and material dispatch.
  
• Assist in updating purchase and inventory details in the ERP system.
  
• Track stock availability and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices purchase orders delivery challans and other procurement records.
  
• Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  
• Support the procurement team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  

• MS Excel: Good knowledge of Excel including data entry sorting filtering basic formulas and maintaining trackers.
  
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for vendor and internal team coordination.
  
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated takes initiative and follows up on tasks without constant supervision.
  
• ERP Systems: Basic understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP Zoho Oracle or similar platforms is an advantage.
  
• Logistics: Basic understanding of shipment tracking delivery coordination inventory and material movement.
  
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation carefully.
  
• Coordination: Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  

• Any graduate or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Business Administration Commerce or a related field.
  
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
  
• Prior internship experience in procurement logistics inventory or vendor management is an added advantage.
  

• Hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
  
• Exposure to ERP systems and vendor management.
