Job Summary
P Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
2. Create a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment
3. Support childrens social emotional language and motor development
4. Observe assess and document childrens progress
5. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about child development
6. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
7. Maintain hygiene safety and health standards
8. Organize play-based learning storytelling art music and outdoor activities
9. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
1- Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood education standards
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Education or related field
2. Classroom management skills
3. Lesson planning and activity design
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Creativity and ability to engage young children
6. Basic technology skills (for reports communication and online tools)
