Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Requirements:

8 years of total experience in web application development.
Proven experience working as a Team Lead (TL) or Technical Lead managing small to mid-sized engineering teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (7.x / 8.x) and Laravel (or Symfony).
Solid frontend experience with React JS
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers conducting code reviews establishing best practices and ensuring timely delivery of sprints in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Architecture & Development: Design and develop robust backend services using PHP (7.x/8.x) Laravel and Symfony alongside dynamic frontends using React JS and Angular.
Product Innovation & Maintenance: Actively contribute to building brand-new applications from scratch as well as developing enhancements and feature upgrades for existing platforms.
Production Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the tier-3 technical escalation point; diagnose debug and resolve critical production issues performance bottlenecks and system bugs.
Database Management: Optimize complex MySQL queries schema designs and database performance.
