Performance Test Senior Engineer

1. **JMeter Hands On** (35% - Primary Focus)
- **5 years** of hands-on JMeter experience
- Deep expertise in end-to-end JMeter implementation:
- Experience with JMeter in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in JMeter scripting and custom development
- Performance benchmarking and baseline establishment
2. **Performance Engineering & RCA** (30% - Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of performance engineering principles and methodologies
- Expert-level capability in analyzing and interpreting:
- **Heap Dumps** memory profiling garbage collection analysis memory leaks identification
- **Thread Dumps** thread state analysis deadlock detection thread contention issues
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology and execution
3. **Observability (Dynatrace Preferred)** (15% - Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with APM tools; **Dynatrace preferred**
- Dashboard creation and metric visualization
- Root cause correlation across systems
- Integration with JMeter for correlated performance testing
4. **Coding/Scripting Languages** (15% - Mandatory)

Areas of responsibility

Requirement Analysis and Documentation-Create technical requirement documents basis the inputs received from clients through discussions and demos.

Creation of test cases-Create test cases basis the functional requirements ensuring test coverage across multiple modules.

Test Data and Environment Setup-Create data validation scenarios and set up test environment in collaboration with the client stakeholder.

Test Execution and Result Analysis -Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and document the result of the test cases.

Prepare test evidence and test review documents.

Log and update the defect status in the test management tool.
