Performance Test Engineer Neoload Only for immediate joiners

• Design develop and execute performance load stress and endurance tests using NeoLoad.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts including correlation parameterization and dynamic data handling.
• Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with development QA DevOps and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Prepare performance test reports dashboards and executive-level summaries.

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
• 3 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Good understanding of performance testing concepts workload modelling and performance metrics.
• Experience with HTTP/HTTPS REST APIs web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
