Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

As a Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using React GraphQL and MongoDB. You will lead technical design decisions build efficient and secure APIs and ensure high-quality maintainable code through best practices and code reviews. Additionally you will collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior developers optimize application performance and drive continuous improvement across development testing and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:
. Design develop and maintain applications using the Pega Platform
. Build and configure workflows case management UI screens and business rules in Pega
. Develop reusable and maintainable components using Pega best practices and guardrails
. Strong understanding of Pega architecture class structure data modeling and rulesets
. Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP services connectors and APIs
. Work with databases and perform data mapping validations and optimization
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business QA DevOps Product Owners)
. Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines
. Ensure application quality using Pega guardrails unit testing and debugging tools
. Support CI/CD deployment and release management activities
. Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development
. Good understanding of case lifecycle flows decisioning and declarative rules
. Experience with debugging performance tuning and issue resolution
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
. Pega CSA/CSSA certification is preferred

Good-to-Have Skills:
. Exposure to Pega integrations with external systems
. Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
. Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability techniques in Pega
. Understanding of security best practices and role-based access control
. Exposure to Pega Customer Service or other Pega frameworks is an added advantage
