Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Pega V8.x
Good knowledge of Integration Concepts & Case Management
Experience in Problem Solving Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution
Leadership capabilities to handle small teams/modules
Familiarity with Scrum & Agile methodologies
Good to Have:
Experience with Java-based applications
Knowledge of US Healthcare systems
Exposure to Pega V6.x
Strong communication skills
