Job Summary
Machine Operation: Operate and monitorBQS blister packing machines ensuring smooth and efficient production.
Setup & Changeover: Performmachine setup format changeover and adjustments to accommodate different product specifications.
In-Process Quality Checks: Conductleak tests weight checks visual inspections and batch coding verification to ensure packaging quality.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolvemachine faults jams and technical issues coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs.
GMP Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records logbooks and machine cleaning records as perSOPs and GMP guidelines.
Material Handling: Ensure properloading of foils PVC and aluminum while minimizing wastage.
Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with USFDA MHRA WHO and EU-GMP regulatory requirements for packaging operations.
