Job Summary
Lead the design and redesign of Oracle Payroll elements balances and
calculations within Oracle HCM Cloud
Develop maintain and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll Absence
and Benefits where required)
Configure and support Oracle Payroll processing including payroll runs pre-
payments and costing
Perform payroll calculation validation and reconciliation to ensure system
accuracy
Support end-to-end payroll cycles in Oracle HCM Cloud
Provide hands-on support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) including defect analysis and resolution
Work closely with business stakeholders payroll teams and functional leads
to translate requirements into Oracle configurations
Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation within Oracle system design
Act as an SME for Oracle Payroll modules advising on best practices and
system capabilities
Essential Skills & Experience
5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll preferably Oracle HCM
Cloud (Fusion Payroll)
Strong expertise in Oracle Fast Formula development and debugging
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Payroll configuration including elements
balances and payroll flows
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
Experience in payroll processing within Oracle including payroll runs and
reconciliation
Proven experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
in Oracle implementations
Ability to work independently and proactively in a client-facing environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with
business users and payroll teams
