We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security Consultant with 10 years of experience including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Security RBAC Security Console Data Roles Security Profiles SSO and IAM integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing implementing troubleshooting and supporting secure access across Oracle Fusion HCM environments.

• Design and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture.
• Configure Abstract Roles Job Roles Duty Roles Data Roles and Security Profiles.
• Manage RBAC role provisioning user access and deprovisioning.
• Develop custom roles and security policies using Oracle Security Console.
• Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD IDCS or Ping Identity.
• Work with SAML 2.0 OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Troubleshoot authentication authorization login and access-related issues.
• Perform periodic access reviews audits and role recertification.
• Analyze Oracle HCM audit logs and security reports.
• Support security compliance requirements and internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex security-related SRs.
• Prepare and maintain security design documents role matrices and security mapping documents.
• Work closely with HR IAM Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud teams.
