Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll Core HR and Oracle technical development.
• The candidate will be responsible for implementing supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM Payroll solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle EBS Payroll solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Payroll and Core HR modules.
• Develop and support customizations using PL/SQL Oracle Forms Reports BI Publisher Workflows and Interfaces.
• Design and support payroll integrations using Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas Elements Balances and Payroll processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support testing deployment and user training activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS Payroll and Core HR.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula Payroll Elements Balances Payroll Processing and Payroll Integrations.
• Expertise in PL/SQL BI Publisher Oracle Forms Reports Workflows APIs and Open Interfaces.
• Experience in implementation enhancement and support projects. Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
