Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Centric Application Expert with strong knowledge of the retail product lifecycle and hands-on experience in configuring and testing Centric solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and technical teams to define design and deliver scalable business solutions in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements and define solution approaches
• Work with technical teams to provide solution options and implementation strategies on the Centric platform
• Configure customize and test Centric solutions based on business needs
• Support retail product lifecycle management processes and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
• Work with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and Definition of Done for deliverables
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with distributed/global teams
• Troubleshoot issues perform testing and ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders and project teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Centric PLM/Application solutions
• Retail Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience
• Hands-on experience in Centric configuration and testing
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and distributed teams
• Ability to collaborate with product managers business users and technical teams
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
