Job Summary
Job Title: NetApp Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must hold at least 3 of the following certifications upon hire and be willing to pursue the remaining 2 after onboarding:
Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex software and performance issues within NetApp storage environments.
- ONTAP Management: Troubleshoot configure and maintain NetApp Data ONTAP (Cluster-Mode).
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Handle break/fix scenarios controller replacements and disk shelf issues.
- Client Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the US client team to ensure data availability and storage health.
Candidates must hold at least 3 of the following certifications upon hire and be willing to pursue the remaining 2 after onboarding:
- NCSE (NetApp Certified Support Engineer Professional)
- NCSE OS (NetApp Certified Support Engineer ONTAP Specialist)
- NAHSE (NetApp Accredited Hardware Support Engineer)
- Core Storage: 3 years of hands-on experience with NetApp SAN/NAS storage arrays.
- Protocols: Strong understanding of storage protocols (NFS CIFS iSCSI FC).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client interaction.
