Own the end-to-end architecture of MSD CRM solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
Drive innovation to enhance CRM capabilities and introduce cutting-edge solutions.
Establish and enforce technical processes governance and architecture cadence for CRM projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure CRM architectures.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously evolve the CRM platform.
Ensure high availability performance security and compliance of CRM systems.
Mentor and guide development teams on architecture and implementation best practices.
What should you bring along
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering.
18 years of experience in IT with significant experience in CRM architecture preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proven track record of owning and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor and Single Point of Contact for business and product teams.
Solid understanding of CRM customization integration and extension capabilities.
Experience establishing architecture processes technical cadences and governance.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise in CRM solution design.
Experience working in Agile and collaborative environments
Must have technical skill
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture customization and integration.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI).
Experience with Azure services relevant to CRM (Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus).
Proficient in solution design patterns data modelling and security within MSD CRM.
Experience with API management and integration frameworks (REST SOAP Azure API Management).
Knowledge of CRM deployment models ALM and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript for CRM customization.
Experience in designing scalable secure and maintainable CRM solutions.
Understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD OAuth).
Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and hybrid cloud scenarios.
Good to have technical skills
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or related certifications.
Experience with AI and automation integration within CRM platforms.
