Key Responsibilities & Competencies :
- Lead cross-functional deployment of end-to-end material flow systems for major plant changes new introductions and capacity/footprint transformations across Powertrain Operations.
- Ensure readiness of suppliers (for material delivery) internal logistics and internal dunnage/container loops while integrating quality and traceability requirements.
- Lead deployment of lean storage and intralogistics automation solutions (where justified) and ensure integration with digital execution and traceability.
- Leads through influence; manages conflict constructively.
Strong planning prioritization and closure discipline.

Qualifications
Professional / Organizational Competencies Preferred System-level material flow design and governance. Strong engineering depth for internal returnable/expendable dunnage (e.g. repack racks kit bins/racks sequence racks) and container strategies. Ability to lead risk-based planning and execution across multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with intralogistics automation concepts (AGV/AMR operating model handoff design safety interface basics). Coaches others and raises capability within the team. |
