Marketing Associate
Job Summary
This is not a social media executive role. You will work on technical B2B content SEO LinkedIn growth AI
search optimisation webinars email workflows and authority building for a global pharma audience.
You do not need prior pharma experience. You do need strong writing ability curiosity execution discipline and
the ability to learn complex technical subjects quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & SEO
Own and execute SSIs content calendar across blogs LinkedIn YouTube webinars and email
Write and publish long-form technical content based on internal discussions with the technical team
Perform keyword research on-page SEO internal linking and content optimisation
Build topic clusters around visual inspection Annex 1 injectable compliance and related industry themes
Monitor performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools
2. AI Search & Authority Building (AEO/GEO)
Optimise content for AI-driven search platforms including ChatGPT Perplexity Gemini and Bing
Implement structured content and schema markup across website pages
Create Q&A-style educational content targeting high-intent regulatory search queries
Build authority for SSIs technical experts through author pages citations and publication workflows
3. LinkedIn & Social Media
Manage SSIs LinkedIn company page and publishing cadence
Create educational posts carousel content conference updates and product-focused content
Support founder-led thought leadership content
Manage SSIs YouTube channel and video publishing workflows
Coordinate technical recordings transcripts captions and video SEO
Execute webinars end-to-end
Repurpose webinar and video content into SEO assets
5. Email Marketing & Analytics
Build nurture workflows in Zoho Campaigns or equivalent tools
Manage newsletters and audience segmentation
Track and report marketing KPIs:
organic traffic
keyword rankings
LinkedIn growth
webinar leads
email metrics
inbound enquiries
Requirements
13 years in digital marketing SEO content LinkedIn or B2B marketing
Excellent written English clarity and structure matter
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy
Ability to independently execute and manage workflows
Comfortable learning technical subject matter
Good to Have:
Experience with AI search optimisation (AEO/GEO)
Schema markup and structured content knowledge
LinkedIn carousel/content design experience
YouTube SEO or webinar marketing experience
Canva WordPress/Wix Zoho Campaigns or marketing automation exposure
B2B or technical content background
