One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Manager Software Development & Engineering - Manual Testing QA to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

• Define and execute test strategies for enterprise software products.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Perform functional integration regression and API testing.
• Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze defects root causes and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with developers product teams and stakeholders to improve release quality.
• Strong software testing or quality-engineering experience.
• Automation and programming/scripting capability.
• Experience with APIs CI/CD and Agile delivery.
• Managerial roles require team leadership and test-strategy ownership.
