Description
The Manager SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution risk mitigation and postgolive support driving excellence and value for our clients.

You will own full project lifecycles from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution risk mitigation and postgolive support driving excellence and value for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including consultants developers and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress manage scope changes and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices governance and quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and thirdparty service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and postimplementation reviews.
- Oversee resource forecasting allocation and performance management.
- Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing largescale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope and on budget.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA ECC) and SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Expertise in risk management issue resolution and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project JIRA SAP Solution Manager).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands require.
