Job Summary

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving in-house Learning & Development initiatives capability building and employee development programmes aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the L&D calendar learning initiatives and annual learning plan.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps.
  • Design and implement in-house learning programmes and workshops.
  • Drive Talent Assessment Development and Succession Planning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Skill Matrix / competency frameworks.
  • Manage Graduate / Early Career Development Programmes.
  • Design programmes for leadership managerial behavioural and functional development.
  • Develop learning content presentations and blended/digital learning solutions.
  • Work with business leaders and SMEs to develop role-specific learning programmes.
  • Drive DEI learning and awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and learning partners wherever required.
  • Measure learning effectiveness feedback and programme outcomes.
  • Maintain L&D dashboards learning records and management reports.
  • Promote a strong continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture.

Candidate Profile:

  • 814 years of relevant experience in L&D Talent Development or Organisational Development.
  • Strong experience in in-house L&D programme design and execution.
  • Good understanding of learning methodologies and capability-building practices.
  • Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple L&D initiatives and projects.

 


Qualifications :

MBA/PGDM in HR L&D or related discipline preferred.
