Job responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and managerial direction to the Certification team specialized in Electrical discipline supporting multiple Collins SBUs with cross functional teams
• Manages develops and motivates the team of experienced engineers on Electrical Certification Software Certification and Qualification Testing.
• Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and direct reports.
• Accountable for project planning developing and administering budget schedules and performance standards for multiple projects
• Accountable for managing program risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Perform resource planning analyses hiring requirements metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance.
• Performs competency assessment arrange training & performance discussions
• Drives process excellence continuous improvements and ensure compliance.
• Leads departmental/organizational initiatives.
• Explores and drives strategic growth opportunities for test equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have *:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in Electronics product development & Qualification testing with at least 6-8 Years of experience in Project and People Management.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Electronics & Communication Engineering Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent degree.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering along with hands on working experience with RTCA DO-160 DO-254 and DO-178 standards for airborne equipments.
