Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Machine Learning and statistical models for business and marketing use cases.
• Work on propensity modelling customer analytics segmentation and sentiment analysis.
• Perform data analysis feature engineering model development validation and performance evaluation.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and strategies that contribute to client growth.
• Work with large customer datasets and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.

• Strong Python & SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of Statistics Data Analysis and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery Google Cloud Storage (GCS) VertexAI.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to build data-driven strategies and identify business growth opportunities.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Working knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI and NLP.
• Experience with Treasure Data CDP.
• Experience in Marketing / Customer Analytics.
• Automotive domain experience.
