Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations with a specific focus on international trade import/export compliance and freight this role you will analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies manage relationships with global freight forwarders ensure strict adherence to international trade laws and streamline our shipping processes to reduce costs and lead times.

JD-1-Lead end-to-end parcel operations (pickup transit delivery) across IA BA PA and HBS businesses
Coordinate with 30 planners and 3PL partners (Delhivery Blue Dart Safexpress) to ensure
seamless execution
Manage high shipment volumes (/month) with focus on on-time pickups and deliveries
Monitor shipment lifecycle and proactively resolve delays failures and service exceptions
Act as central escalation point ensuring timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication
Maintain centralized tracking database/repository and drive twice-daily operational pickup
request with transport partners
Optimize logistics cost by identifying opportunities to shift from LTL/FTL to parcel mode
Ensure OBD governance through daily ageing analysis system hygiene and closure actions
Validate financial data (SO/PO GL CC) and support accurate billing and invoice processing
Drive cost recovery initiatives and correct discrepancies (To Pay / Hon Paid cases)
Ensure shipment tracking compliance (Z-track) and enhance visibility standards
Generate performance dashboards analyze trends and identify continuous improvement
opportunities

Responsible for execution and coordination of export (3PL & Gurgaon BA) and domestic logistics
operations from Pune plants and warehouses.
Ensure timely shipment planning freight coordination and track & trace while maintaining cost
efficiency and service levels.
Export Logistics Management (3PL & Gurgaon BA)
Coordinate pickups from non-company/vendor locations to company sites globally.
Manage Gurgaon BA exports to affiliates and third-party vendors.
Support freight forwarder selection via contract lanes and SPOT BIDs.
Perform L1 freight discussions with export freight forwarders.
Handle shipment nomination and booking with freight forwarders.
Track shipments end-to-end including AWB creation and delivery.
Ensure SPOT BID closure within TAT (Air: 36 48 hrs; Sea: 48 72 hrs).
Domestic Transportation (Pune Operations)
Manage LTL and FTL shipments from Pune (IA & PA) factories and warehouses.
Coordinate with business planners for vehicle requirements.
Support freight negotiation with domestic LSPs.
Ensure vehicle placement dispatch and delivery tracking.
Follow up with transporters to avoid delays and ensure service adherence.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with freight forwarders and domestic LSPs for shipment execution.
Manage shipment nominations vehicle placements and follow-ups.
Communicate shipment status and delays to stakeholders proactively.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain shipment master data including shipment number freight shipper & destination
details TAT AWB chargeable weight mode and carrier.
Track and report shipment performance cost and transit timelines.
Prepare monthly SPOT BID reports and support leadership reviews.
