Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Equivalent

We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer Senior SME with strong expertise in Enterprise Linux Administration GreenLake Managed Services automation virtualization and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead major incident management and RCA activities

Drive service delivery SLA/KPI adherence & process improvements

Handle Linux server administration patching & vulnerability management

Support VMware OpenStack OCP & Kubernetes environments

Prepare SOPs KBs HLD/LLD & technical documentation

Participate in transition KT & customer engagement activities

Automate routine operational tasks using scripting/tools

Required Skills:

RHEL / SUSE / Ubuntu / CentOS Administration

Red Hat CoreOS & Cluster Services (PCS SUSE Cluster)

Linux Security Release & Patch Management

VMware SAN Cloud & OpenStack Concepts

Ansible Shell Scripting & Automation

Kubernetes / OCP Knowledge

Red Hat Satellite & SUSE Patch Management

Incident Change & Configuration Management

Preferred:

RHCSA / RHCE Certification

ITIL Certification

Experience with HPE Infrastructure & Enterprise Support

Ideal Candidate:

Strong troubleshooting & customer management skills

Experience handling enterprise/global support environments

Excellent communication ownership & problem-solving mindset

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SQL/SIGNAL for data extraction manipulation and integration Experience in data analysis and visualization Good understanding of Agile methodology and customer-centric development practices Hands-on exposure to Process Mining implementation Knowledge of SAP systems like ECC S/4HANA TM EWM and Ariba Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Understanding of databases and ETL systems Exposure to automation AI Python and LLM workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
