Lead Software with Azure, React

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive AI-native full-stack delivery Microsoft Azure and React. You will own solution architecture guide a team through estimation build and release and implement AI SDLC and agentic solutions with Microsoft toolsapply today.

• Architect end-to-end full stack solutions Azure and React
• Drive technical execution of user stories from estimation to implementation and deployment
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Create solution documentation and other technical artifacts to support design and development
• Lead and mentor engineers across the software development lifecycle
• Embed AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
• Deliver agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
• Build and support backend systems including SQL-based data solutions
• Apply Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions for cloud-based solutions

• Extensive experience of 9 years in full stack engineering Azure and React
• Solid background in backend development with SQL
• Strong capability in architectural design and solution planning
• Leadership experience with teams plus stakeholder communication across the development process
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Functions and Durable Functions
• Familiarity with AI SDLC practices
• Experience with agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools

• Domain knowledge of the Insurance value chain from submission through policy issuance including quoting and binding
• Awareness of specialty products in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty Professional Liability Medical Liability Products and Contractors
• Experience related to Actuarial reserving
