Lead Software , Microsoft Azure, React, AI Native

We are expanding our AI-native engineering capability and need a Lead Software Engineer to deliver full-stack solutions Microsoft Azure and React. You will lead architecture and execution maintain SQL-backed services and implement AI SDLC and agentic solutions using Microsoft toolsapply now.

• Design scalable full stack architectures Azure and React
• Own technical delivery of user stories from estimation through implementation and deployment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Create and maintain technical artifacts and documentation supporting solution design and development
• Guide and mentor engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
• Integrate AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
• Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
• Develop and maintain backend systems including SQL-based data solutions
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions to build cloud-based solutions

• Demonstrated 9 years of full stack engineering experience Azure and React
• Strong backend development expertise including SQL
• Proven ability in architectural design and solution planning
• Leadership experience guiding teams and managing stakeholder communication throughout the development process
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Functions and Durable Functions
• Knowledge of AI SDLC practices
• Understanding of implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools

• Insurance domain knowledge across the value chain from submission to policy issuance including quoting and binding
• Familiarity with specialty products in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty Professional Liability Medical Liability Products and Contractors
• Actuarial reserving background
