About the Role

We are seeking aLead DevOps Engineertodefine own and governthe endtoend DevOps and deployment lifecycle for enterprise applications delivered by both internal teams and external this role you will be accountable forhow code is securely and reliably shipped to GCP including infrastructure provisioning usingTerraformand standardizedCI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. You will act as theprimary DevOps owner and interface for vendors gathering requirements setting standards and implementingscalable repeatable and compliant deployment solutionsacross all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the endtoend DevOps lifecycleacross all projects including those delivered by external vendors.

• Define theDevOps strategy standards and operating modelfor building deploying and running applications on GCP.

• Design build andstandardize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions ensuring reuse and consistency across projects.

• Act as theprimary DevOps interface for vendor teams gathering requirements and translating them into compliant CI/CD and infrastructure solutions.

• Own infrastructure provisioning patternson GCP using Terraform ensuring infrastructureascode best practices are followed consistently.

• Define and enforceDevOps templates reusable pipelines and reference architectures.

• Govern secure and reliable deployments toCloud Run GKE Cloud Functions and related GCP services.

• Ensure all environments (dev test prod) areconsistent reproducible and compliant.

• Providetechnical leadership and escalation supportfor build failures deployment issues and release automation.

• Define and maintainlogging monitoring and alerting standardsacross all deployed services.

• Drive continuous improvement indeployment reliability automation maturity and operational efficiency.

• Partner with security and engineering teams todefine and enforce secrets management access control and compliance practices.

• Create and maintainDevOps documentation onboarding playbooks and runbooksfor internal teams and vendors.

• Mentor and guide engineers and vendors onDevOps best practices and expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 10 yearsof experience inDevOps Cloud Engineering or Platform Engineering withleadlevel ownershipof DevOps practices.

• Strong handson experience withGCP with demonstrated responsibility fordefining deployment patterns and standardsfor cloudnative services.

• Proven expertise inTerraform includingdesigning and governing reusable infrastructure modules.

• Strong experience building andstandardizing CI/CD pipelines preferably usingGitHub Actions across multiple teams or projects.

• Demonstrated experienceleading DevOps for multiteam and vendordriven delivery models.

• Solid understanding ofcontainerization (Docker)and container orchestration concepts with experiencedefining best practices.

• Experience defining and governingsource control strategies branching models and release workflows.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across build deployment and runtime issues with ability tolead resolution and prevent recurrence.

• Proven experiencedefining DevOps standards templates reusable automation and operating guidelines.

• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills to work effectively withvendors engineering security and leadership teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and operating workloads onGKE Cloud Run and Cloud Functionsat scale across multiple environments.

• Familiarity withsecurity best practices includingsecrets management IAM and leastprivilege access in enterprise environments.

• Experience defining and operatingmonitoring logging and alerting standardsin cloud environments.

• Exposure toartifact repositories and dependency managementacross multiple teams or projects.

• Experience withbluegreen or canary deployment strategiesand controlled rollout patterns.

• Familiarity withcost optimization and cloud governance practices including usage monitoring and optimization.

• Experience working inAgile or platformoriented teamswith shared infrastructure ownership.

• Exposure topolicyascode or compliance automation especially in regulated or enterprise environments.
