• Define and drive platform engineering strategy across the EHS product portfolio.
• Design build and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform Kubernetes Python and Go.
• Lead technical decisions across cloud architecture automation observability security resilience and platform operations.
• Partner with EHS Engineering leaders to understand product needs and deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code GitOps CI/CD and automation-first practices.
• Coach and mentor platform engineers helping them develop technical expertise and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
• Own delivery commitments manage risks and contribute to technical design reviews and roadmap planning.
• Ensure platform services are secure reliable cost-effective and aligned with business goals.

• Strong experience in platform cloud or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise with AWS Terraform containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and operating highly available cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of security networking observability disaster recovery and automation.
• Proven ability to lead technical direction while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and coaching skills.
