We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead with strong technical leadership experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading development teams architecting enterprise CRM solutions driving best practices and managing client interactions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solution design and implementation.
- Architect scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Guide and mentor development teams on CRM best practices and coding standards.
- Drive technical discussions with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
- Design integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Oversee customizations plugin development workflows Power Platform solutions and deployments.
- Ensure performance optimization security compliance and solution governance.
- Participate in estimation planning risk assessment and project delivery.
- Review technical designs code quality and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate with business teams solution architects and project managers.
