The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer End User Computing (EUC) where you will be driving the delivery for customers AWS VMware and Citrix needs. Youll be a client advocate post-sales expert and provide documentation when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Design & Architecture

• Architect and deploy AWS Appstream Workspaces Core w/ Citrix.
• Architect and deployOmnissa Horizon VDIenvironments including Instant Clones RDSH App Volumes Dynamic Environment Manager TrueSSO Workspace One Access and Thinapp.
• Experience with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.
• Implement and optimizeWorkspace ONE UEMfor device management application delivery and compliance enforcement.
• IntegrateOmnissasolutions for identity access management and zero-trust security frameworks.
• Provide Tier 3 support

Administration & Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure (Connection Servers Unified Access Gateways App Volumes Managers TrueSSO and vSphere).
• Manage Workspace ONE enrollment profiles compliance policies and application lifecycle.
• Ensure Omnissa identity services are properly configured for SSO MFA and conditional access.

Security & Compliance

• Apply best practices for securing VDI and mobile endpoints.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Performance & Optimization

• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 710 years of experience in End User Computing Solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix w/ AWS Workspaces Core and Appstream
• Strong hands-on experience withOmnissaHorizon(VDI App Volumes DEM).
• Proficiency inWorkspace ONE UEMandWorkspace ONE Access.
• Familiarity withOmnissaidentity and access management solutions.
• Understanding of Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience with SSL certificates load balancing and firewall rules.
• Knowledge of zero-trust principles MFA and conditional access.
• VMware VCP-DTM VMware Horizon Specialist or Omnissa certifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Work closely with networking security and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers
• Strong attention to detail in architecture implementation and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in global delivery environments.
