Lead Assembler

Independently manage large valve assembly testing calibration and hydro test activities.

Hands-on expertise with both Large Globe (linear) and Rotary Control valves including body and actuator sub-assemblies integration leak testing and final valve assembly with accessories and tubing.

Skilled in operating automated large hydro test rigs for hydro and seat leak testing.

Proficient in safe handling of heavy valve parts using EOT cranes and managing finished valves during testing painting and packing.

Basic knowledge of valve link performance testing and tuning requirements.

Train Lead and mentor young associates in valve assembly and testing.

Ability to read and interpret valve specifications BOM and GAD drawings.

ITI certification with 10 years of experience in control valve assembly and testing.

Basic understanding of ERP systems and digitalization activities.
