Job Summary

Role Title: Learning & Development Trainer
Reports To: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Gurugram

Role Purpose:
The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D Team to design deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles aligning with the Groups business strategy. The role will be primarily supporting our sales function to enhance the overall learning experience and ultimately enhance performance.

Core Responsibilities:-

Learning Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
The primary responsibility in this area involves assessing the learning needs within the business engaging with key stakeholders and aligning training plans with organizational goals. It includes diagnosing capability gaps reviewing the current learning curriculum and ensuring learning solutions address both immediate and future business requirements.

Learning Design Delivery & Commercial Focus
This cluster focuses on designing and delivering learning interventions that are aligned with commercial objectives such as improving customer service driving sales growth and supporting talent development. Key responsibilities include developing onboarding programs creating e-learning content and facilitating coaching and training sessions.

Continuous Evaluation & Learning Impact Measurement
In this area the focus is on evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and measuring their impact on business outcomes. Responsibilities include gathering feedback from participants stakeholders and business leaders and utilizing this data to refine and enhance learning programs.

Administrative Responsibilities & Process Management
Administrative tasks in this cluster ensure that all learning activities are well- organized and efficiently managed. This includes overseeing learning schedules tracking attendance maintaining accurate records and managing specific L&D projects as directed by leadership

New Starter Orientation & Job-Specific Onboarding
Design deliver and continuously improve end-to-end orientation and job-specific onboarding programmes to ensure new starters are confident capable and productive in their roles.
Deliver engaging orientation sessions covering business context culture systems compliance and ways of working.
Rapidly learn the business operating models and workflows to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas being trained.
Partner with operational leaders managers and SMEs to ensure onboarding content remains relevant practical and aligned to current business needs.
Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learning transfer and time-to-productivity.

Experience and/or Qualifications
This position will require a demonstrated ability to:

Strong Analytical Skills: Adept at using data to evaluate learning outcomes and make improvements.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources Learning & Development Business Administration Education Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programmes.
Experience designing onboarding orientation and job-specific learning interventions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed environment ideally supporting operations teams.
Experience in healthcare staffing recruitment sales or service delivery is desirable

Experience:
Minimum 13 years of experience in training L&D or talent development (sales & recruitment training experience preferred)
