Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator Location: Gurugram India Reports to: Head of Learning & Development
Role Overview
The L&D Coordinator supports the global Learning & Development function by managing learning operations global governance and compliance training and the operational delivery of the performance management role ensures job-specific mandatory regulatory and governance training requirements across global locations are identified planned delivered tracked and refreshed on time. Working closely with the Head of L&D and L&D Managers the role also manages performance management processes and timelines consolidates data and produces dashboards and insights to support performance management in the organisation. Where required the role will facilitate training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Systems & Operations
Manage and optimise the LMS including courses enrolments certifications and completion tracking
Ensure accuracy governance and integrity of learning data
Act as the main contact for LMS support and vendor/IT coordination
Governance & Compliance Training
Maintain global and location-specific compliance training requirements and annual plans
Coordinate design build enrolment re-enrolment and refresher cycles for governance and compliance training
Monitor completion follow up on overdue learners and escalate risks
Provide audit-ready compliance reporting and dashboards
Performance Management Operations
Operationally manage the performance management cycle with the Head of L&D and L&D Managers
Track timelines completion rates and data quality across business units
Consolidate performance data and maintain leadership dashboards
Support identification of performance trends and capability gaps
Reporting Insights & Facilitation
Deliver accurate learning and performance reports with actionable insights
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements
Facilitate governance compliance or process-based training where required
Collaborate closely with L&D HR Operations Legal and business stakeholders globally
Build a global training reporting functionality via LMS for all classroom and virtual trainings
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve learning operations governance and performance processes
Contribute to the maturity and scalability of the global L&D function
Key Success Measures
100% of global compliance requirements documented and tracked
99% on-time completion of mandatory compliance training
LMS data accuracy maintained at 99%
Full adherence to performance management timelines
Leadership dashboards and reports for decision-making
Audit-ready records with no critical findings
Skills & Attributes
Experience in L&D or Training Operations with strong LMS capability
Strong data reporting and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised detail-oriented and process-driven
Proactive accountable and confident working with senior stakeholders
