Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated C Developer with 1-2 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining high-performance applications using C. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Develop test and maintain software applications using C.
- Write clean efficient and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in software design implementation and code reviews.
- Debug troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product managers QA engineers and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance memory usage and system reliability.
- Develop and integrate APIs libraries and third-party components.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in C development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with STL (Standard Template Library).
- Understanding of multithreading memory management and debugging techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with C11/14/17 standards.
- Exposure to socket programming networking concepts or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of software design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Required Skills:
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification. 36 years of experience in Agile project management. Strong understanding of Scrum SAFe and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or similar. Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in mid-sized IT companies or startups. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile transformation.
