JAVA Sr Developer

Position Description:

Java Developers
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with overall 4 years of strong experience in JAVA Platforms.
Key Responsibilities

. Develop backend Restful APIs microservices and systems using Java Springboot Spring Data JPA Spring/Quartz Scheduler
. Write queries for relational databases such as Oracle using SQL
. CI/CD and containerization using tools and platforms such as Docker Openshift Jenkins.
. Document customizations configurations and integrations for reference and support.
. Communication with client stakeholders and partners
. Ensuring that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
. Iterative development on an agile team.


Required Skills & Experience

. 4 years experience developing with Java ; 2 years experience with strong fundamental knowledge on java 8 & above along with frameworks such as Spring framework Springboot Spring Data JPA Spring/Quartz Scheduler.
. 2 years experience writing basic Oracle and SQL
. Experience writing unit tests in using Jasmine Karma jUnit (junit 4/5) and Mockito framework.
. Knowledge of CI/CD using GIT Bitbucket Jenkins etc
. Build tool experience preferably with Maven & Gradle
. Understanding of Agile development methodologies
. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
. Very strong verbal and written communication skills
. Strong ability to adapt and learn new skills and technologies on the fly


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

. Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and validating queries
. Exposure to in-sprint automation
