About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Kafka and Microservices Architecture along with exposure to Generative AI-based solutions. You will be responsible for developing high-performance applications designing event-driven systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable business solutions

What Youll Do:

• Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot and modern full-stack development practices.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support high-volume business applications.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and system integration.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Work with MongoDB and other databases to design develop and optimize data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with architects product owners QA teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions sprint planning estimation and Agile delivery activities.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities and AI-assisted development practices into enterprise applications where applicable.
• Perform unit testing integration testing code reviews and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance scalability security and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes deployment automation and DevOps best practices.
• Follow coding standards software engineering best practices and architectural guidelines.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems and distributed applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Apache Kafka messaging systems and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern UI development frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB and database design principles.
• Good understanding of API design system integration and service-oriented architecture.
• Exposure to Generative AI LLM-based applications AI-powered integrations or AI-assisted software engineering tools.
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles coding standards and development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
