Position: Executive Integration Lead Location: Bangalore. Qualification: Degree in business administration industrial management or a related field Experience: 5 10 years experience in heading factory operation (managerial or supervisory role) Travel: Appx. 5% depending on the job need. Job Profile:
Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
Manage factory staff including hiring training and performance evaluations
Implement cost-effective production strategies
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations
Prepare and manage the factory budget
Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance
Preferred qualifications & skills
Strong understanding of production processes and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to implement process improvements
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of production management principles
Proficiency in ERP software
