Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
Prepare instrument datasheets specifications loop diagrams and wiring drawings.
Select and specify field instruments such as:
Pressure transmitters
Temperature sensors (RTDs Thermocouples)
Flow meters
Level transmitters
Control valves
Perform calibration testing and commissioning of instruments.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues.
Maintain and optimize PLC DCS and SCADA systems.
Support plant shutdowns maintenance activities and project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering codes.
Coordinate with operations maintenance and project teams.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Manage spare parts and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electronics Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
210 years of experience in instrumentation engineering (depending on position level).
Knowledge of industrial control systems and field instrumentation.
Familiarity with PLC DCS SCADA HART Modbus and Foundation Fieldbus protocols.
Understanding of P&ID drawings and control philosophies
