Job Summary

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage Flight Instructors (Ground Instructor Synthetic Flight Instructors Type Rating Instructor/ Examiners) Training profile
Create and manage ATO Instructors folders and maintain/ update their profile (competencies qualifications- initial renewal revalidation training relevant forms passport license medical etc.) in accordance with Airbus procedures
Update Instructor competencies in MyTeam and dedicate shared folders according their training path and related follow up forms
Electronic & paper archiving data of all trainings and checks and in My Team and on proper server
Provide a 12 month sliding training forecast for Instructors
Support Instructor competency Manager with day to day tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Should be fluent in English with excellent computer skills
Should be able to take initiatives and work under pressure
Should be a team player and have a proactive approach with colleagues
Should be able to work in a multicultural environment
Shall have a fair knowledge of the regulatory needs of the business
