Job Summary
- Experience working in Halcon and neuro check vision applications.
- Knowledge of Label programming in ZPL and printer and scanner setups.
- Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal- & safety requirements engineering principles customer requirements Bosch standards and process specifications.
- Prepare validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR.
- 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime.
- Internal and Customer defect avoidance and reduction
- Develop and implement productivity and process improvements (e.g. CT reduction Tool life extension Tool/MAE localization).
- Keep continuous close contact to all relevant departments in the production network and development even beyond the scope of ongoing projects
- optimize processes to increase quality and utilization by use of statistical methods as statistical process control (SPC).
- participate and support on process audits and partially on customer audits.
- support in production meetings and support teams (including support with issues on yield quality delivery cycle time failure analysis).
- enable service and maintenance technicians.
Qualifications :
- B.E / with 3 years of experience
Additional Information :
- In-depth knowledge of relevant processes along with expertise in problem-solving methodologies and conducting root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with optical inspection systemspneumatics electrotechnics and the application of statistical methods.
- Proficient in documentation preparation for production processes including control plans and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Strong understanding of Lean production systems and IPC requirements for Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong time management and analytical skills.
