Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.- Experience in application design development and configuration within enterprise environments.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools to connect IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Maximo.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
