Product: 11kW Charger 3kW DCDC converter for electric vehicle of work:Filter design - AC line filter HV DC line filter Low voltage high current line filters etc Protection team as techincal project manager. Team building task sharing handle esclations ensure lab booking and drive the and Development: Develop filter circuits for power converters considering EMC and simulate hardware components and ensure compliance with automotive the right passive components (inductors capacitors resistors) based on the applications requirements (e.g. size tolerance thermal performance).Develop new filtering techniques to improve power converter efficiency reduce ripple and minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI).Expertise in designing filter on 400V HV-DC 14V/200A LV DC and Analysis:Perform circuit simulation and analysis using tools like LTSPICE PLECS MATLAB or other specialized ripple and transient behaviors in power -ordinate thermal simulations to ensure robustness under varying operational conditions. Prototyping and Sample Testing:Build and validate filter hardware prototypes for power testing of filter circuits to ensure the functionality efficiency reliability and safety lab tests to measure parameters such as voltage and current ripple attenuation with design and EMC measurement on high voltage equipments 800V 400V and Troubleshooting:Fine-tune and optimize filter designs for improved EMC performance including minimizing power losses and reducing component hardware issues during the testing phase and propose solutions to ensure Standards limits are met. Collaboration and Documentation:Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. power electronics engineers firmware developers systems engineers) to integrate filter solutions into power converter clear documentation of Design decisions schematics layout guidelines and test results.
