Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in strengthening our organizations security posture through the effective design configuration and deployment of ServiceNows Vulnerability Response (VR) capabilities. This role is critical in enabling proactive vulnerability management by integrating ServiceNow with key third-party security tools ensuring timely detection prioritization and remediation of vulnerabilities across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations with a focus on building scalable secure and efficient workflows that align technical execution with business risk objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Design configure and implement ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules to support enterprise-wide vulnerability management processes.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools (e.g. Qualys Rapid7 Tenable CrowdStrike Splunk BigFix SCCM) using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and MID Servers.
- Optimize data flows for vulnerability data import normalization and export using ServiceNows scripting (JavaScript Glide) flow designer and orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with security IT operations and compliance teams to define workflows for vulnerability triage assignment remediation tracking and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices CVE/CWE standards and risk scoring methodologies (e.g. CVSS) within the platform.
- Translate technical requirements into clear documentation and communicate progress and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules with a proven track record in Vulnerability Response (VR) deployments.
- 2 years designing and managing integrations with third-party security tools using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and MID Servers.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide) flow designer orchestration and data import/export processes.
- Solid understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle risk assessment frameworks and common enterprise security toolsets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business and technical audiences alike.
- Experience working in remote collaborative environments with a self-directed results-driven mindset.
