Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hexagon EAM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Hexagon EAM v11.x and Infor ION integration. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in EAM customization integration development database programming and business process customization for enterprise asset management implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and support Hexagon EAM technical solutions and integrations.
• Customize Hexagon EAM applications using Flex Business Rules Extensibility Framework and Screen Extensions.
• Create and modify maintenance screens forms and reports as per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures cursors triggers and database objects.
• Work on inbound and outbound integrations using Infor ION and BOD frameworks.
• Generate and upload sample integration data for testing and validation.
• Process inbound and outbound data exchanges using Infor ION.
• Create sample alerts workflows and email notifications.
• Support customization of business processes using Flex configuration and EAM extensibility features.
• Collaborate with functional consultants business users and technical teams during implementation and support phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EAM customizations and integrations.

Essential Skills

Hexagon EAM Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Hexagon EAM v11.4 / v11.5 from a technical perspective.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and T-SQL development.
• Expertise in writing SQL Stored Procedures Triggers and Cursors.
• Strong understanding of Database Schemas Table Relationships and Data Models.
• Experience in:
  • Flex Business Rules
  • Extensibility Framework
  • Screen Extensions
  • EAM Customization

Infor ION Skills

• Strong experience in Infor ION integration with applications such as Hexagon EAM and GIS.
• Knowledge of data exchange processes using Infor ION.
• Experience with Infor Work Management and Inventory Asset Management modules.
• Good exposure to integration through Infor ION/BOD (Standard & Customized).
• Basic functional knowledge of:
  • Purchase Management
  • Sales
  • Work Orders
  • Warranty Processes

Project-Level Activities

• Create new maintenance screens and forms.

• Add additional columns and customization to reports.
• Generate sample output data for outbound integrations.
