Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive the organizations talent acquisition strategy will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing networking and recruitment platforms.
- Drive recruitment for critical and niche positions within defined timelines.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics hiring timelines and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Lead mentor and manage the talent acquisition team.
- Strengthen employer branding and enhance the organizations talent attraction strategy.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline hiring processes track candidates and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in the Energy Engineering EPC or Infrastructure sectors.
- Proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions and developing recruitment strategies.
- Strong experience in mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong team leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and deliver results within defined timelines.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
